Prince Harry and Andrew Mountbatten Windsor are no longer working royals, which means they are no longer expected to attend certain events. One example of this is Remembrance Day, with the pair no longer taking part in events paying tributes to the fallen with the Royal Family.
This includes the wreath laying ceremony at The Cenotaph in London. In addition to no longer being able to lay wreaths during the event, Andrew, 65, and Harry, 41, have reportedly been dealt a major blow, as they saw their Remembrance wreaths being removed from a prominent display.
As first reported in 2022, Remembrance Day wreaths laid by Harry and Andrew were taken off display at the Poppy Factory. This was likely seen as an embarrassment for both men as they had served in the military.
However, with Harry stepping down from royal duty in 2020, and Andrew having stepped down in 2019, it was deemed no longer necessary for their wreaths to be on display.
A source at the site in Richmond, southwest London, told The Mirror in 2022: "Harry used to have his wreath on display in the centre's old exhibiting area, but it isn't any more.
"We've got rid of it - and all the duplicates we kept too."
The factory still displays wreaths from other senior members of the Firm, such as King Charles, the late Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Princess Anne, and Princes William and Edward.
Prince Harry and Andrew will once again not lay wreaths at The Cenotaph in London this year, or be in attendance at the event with The Royal Family.
Instead, it is believed they will find a way to commemorate the day privately, with Harry set to do this in Montecito, where he lives on a sprawling estate with his wife Meghan Markle and their two children Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.
