Include lean protein in your diet
Adding lean protein to your diet can help cure or manage fatty liver. In fact, lean protein helps reduce liver fat, improve insulin sensitivity, and regenerate liver cells. So choose lean protein options like beans, lentils, low-fat dairy products, eggs, and tofu with every meal. A 2025 study showed that a protein-rich diet helps reduce liver fat by about 50%.
Say no to sugary drinks
Sugar consumed in the form of sugary drinks and processed foods can cause serious damage to the liver in the long term. Excessive use of these food items converts the fructose present in it into fat. Eat black pepper and turmeric daily
Turmeric is rich in curcumin (an active compound) and the piperine present in black pepper helps in its absorption.
