Good Morning Britain presenters Richard Madeley, Charlotte Hawkins, and Melvin Odoom have shared their congratulatory messages to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, who announced their engagement yesterday (Tuesday, August 26).
The Love Story singer shared an Instagram post announcing her engagement to the NFL player. The post included a series of pictures of the proposal, showing off her ring.
She wrote: "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married."

As fans melted down over the news, Melvin led a showbiz segment focused on Taylor and Travis.
"We're just going to sit back here now and let Mel revel in the romance," Richard began. "It's all yours, Mel!"
Throwing in as many Taylor-related puns as he could, Melvin announced: "It's become the biggest Love Story like Ever, Ever, Ever. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have said You Belong To Me and got engaged after two years of dating."
He went on: “They shared the news on the gram with a series of floral pics and a post that said, ‘Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,’ So Highschool was posted as the backing track which many believe Taylor wrote for her new fiancé and the post went on to attract 25million likes in hours, that’s like one of your gym posts, Richard!”
Melvin revealed that the ring is thought to have cost $1 million (£740,000) and remarked, “Very delicious.”

He added: “Just hours after the happy couple broke the internet with their announcements, Travis’ dad Ed Kelce spilled the beans on how it all happened on Today Australia.”
The ITV daytime programme then aired a clip from Ed’s interview where he revealed how Travis had been planning the engagement for weeks and wanted to “make it special”.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen Travis happier, let me put it this way.”
As the camera returned to the studio, Charlotte celebrated: “Oh, so lovely.”
Predicting how immense the wedding would be after Travis and Taylor received well-wishes from royals, including Prince William, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and Donald Trump, Richard said, "It's quite possible it will be bigger than those two put together. Unless they deliberately opt for a low-key thing."
"Can you imagine who would be on the guest list?" Charlotte added, while Melvin quipped: "We should all go down, if they need a DJ then let me know."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
