A fresh update for Fortnite is on the horizon, albeit a tad delayed, but given the wealth of content it's set to bring into the game, we're willing to cut it some slack.
The current Shock n' Awesome season of Fortnite continues to thrill players, despite its updates being slightly off schedule. It was recently announced that the forthcoming Fortnite update would be postponed by a few days, a move that players deemed reasonable – after all, it was scheduled to arrive just a week after the previous downtime, leaving a three-week gap in its wake.
So, even though two downtimes within a fortnight isn't ideal, players are showing understanding.
We'll gladly accept what's offered, particularly with so much in store – Fortnite update 37.30 is poised to usher in the Dino Megazord in-game, both as a formidable boss that squads can commandeer, and as the secret skin for the Chapter 6 Season 4 Battle Pass, providing players with the final Mighty Morphin' cosmetics in this season's pass. Additionally, with a new precise V-Bucks system also on the way, there's plenty to gear up for.
More changes are expected too, and given that the in-game storm has already been tweaked to move faster and inflict more severe health drain, it's likely that further alterations will follow swiftly after this upcoming downtime. So, when exactly can we anticipate it?

🎸⚡️ When downtime ends, it'll be time to complete the Megazord Community Quest, and summon the Red Ranger to unlock the Power of Megazord!
As with every other update we've had this season, we anticipate that downtime will last between two and three hours (though, with this update leading to a three-week wait until the next one, we reckon it'll be closer to the three-hour mark). With this in mind, we can expect to be back in the game at 4am PDT / 7am EDT / 12pm BST.
The game will cut off access to games half an hour before this downtime begins to allow those already playing to aim for the victory royale before the server boots them off for good.
Fortnite early patch notes for update 37.30The most reliable way to predict the concrete changes coming to the game are via the Fortnite community Trello board, the tool that Epic Games developers use to keep players updated on the bugs and issues that they're working on, and what's next to be rolled out in-game.
Though there isn't much to go on, here's everything marked as 'Fixed in Next Game Update' on the Trello board:
General issuesSome actions can’t be bound to the same button – Some gameplay actions (e.g. Sprint, Auto Run, Crouch, Edit, Shoot, Build, Reload, Overdrive, Middle Note, Fly Mode) cannot currently be bound with another type of action using the same button (e.g. Sprint+Edit). Temporary Workaround: Restore the bindings to default and rebind the affected actions.
Lego FortniteQuest menu UI partially cut off – When accessing the Quests tab, some elements at the top of the menu may appear partially cut off, potentially blocking full visibility.
While there isn't much solid information to go on, the upcoming Delulu LTM (yes, we're not fans of the name either) and the arrival of Megazord suggest that this update will be packed with new content. It's time to morph once more.
