Sprouted Vegetables Danger: We all know how important it is to have a proper diet to stay healthy. People include many types of things on their plate to increase nutrition. Sprouts, i.e., sprouted grains or vegetables, are also one of these, which are considered healthy, but do you know that not every sprouted thing is beneficial for health? Yes, many times the vegetables kept in the houses get sprouted and people eat them without hesitation, but some sprouted vegetables can be poisonous. Eating them can have a bad effect on the body, and in a critical condition, one may have to be rushed to the hospital. Let us know which of these 3 vegetables should not be eaten at all when they sprout.

1. Sprouted onion
When the onion sprouts, it slowly starts turning into a plant. In this process, the onion releases a chemical called alkaloid. This chemical can damage the red blood cells in our blood. This can cause a problem called hemolytic anemia. If you eat sprouted onions, you may have problems like diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, or weakness.
2. Sprouted garlic
Health experts also forbid eating sprouted garlic. When garlic sprouts, the amount of sulfur compounds in it increases. This compound can be very harmful to the body. It not only damages red blood cells but also increases the risk of food poisoning. In such a situation, if green sprouts have come out in the garlic kept in your house, then it is better to throw them away.
3. Sprouted potatoes
Potato is the most used vegetable in our homes, but if it sprouts, it can cause a lot of harm. Most people use potato sprouts after removing them, but this mistake can spoil your health. Sprouted potatoes contain elements called glycoalkaloids. It is mainly found in the green part and sprouts of potatoes. Eating it can cause solanine toxicity. Its symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea, headache, stomach pain, and problems related to the nervous system.

Things to keep in mind
